Ecomobi built the SSP Ecomobi app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Ecomobi at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

By installing the mobile application linking to this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy"), you are agreeing to comply with, and be bound by, the following Privacy Policy and other supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be published from time to time.

General

The SSP Ecomobi app is using one or more of the services offered by Ecomobi, including, without limitation to, connect publisher & KOL to advertiser and backend system to track orders referenced by publishers, KOL (collectively the "Services").

If you choose to use our Services, then you agree to the collection and use of your information in relation to this Privacy Policy. We strive to collect only the information that we need. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at SSP Ecomobi unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally Identifiable Information including, without limitation to, your full name, a password, email address, Identity Card Number/Passport, Date of Issue, Account name, Account Number, Bank Name, Branch, ID card image, (the “Personal Information and Payment Information”). The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. We or our data partners may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Services.

How We Use Information

Any information that you submit to us remains your property. However, we may use it for the purposes described herein.

We reserve the right to use the information (including Personal Information) we collect, in order to administer, operate, and continuously improve our Services. We may also use the information to monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with our Services. Provided, however, that no Personal Information shall be disclosed to third parties within the scope of this clause, other than Ecomobi's trusted affiliates which are responsible for supporting or enhancing our Services, and for such purposes only.

Opting Out

Cancellation of Information Collection. TO COMPLETELY DISABLE ECOMOBI'S COLLECTION AND USE OF ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION, YOU MUST UNINSTALL ALL AFFILIATED APPLICATIONS ON YOUR DEVICE. HOWEVER, DELETING THE SAID APPLICATIONS WILL ONLY TAKE EFFECT FOR PURPOSES OF TRANSACTING FUTURE BUSINESS. SUCH ACTION WILL ALSO NOT BE IN EFFECT WITH RESPECT TO DELETION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ALREADY COLLECTED AS PART OF OUR SERVICE, AND ECOMOBI WILL BE ABLE TO CONTINUE AND MAKE USE OF SUCH INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME. IF YOU WISH TO HAVE ANY PRIOR COLLECTED PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED FROM OUR DATABASE, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL: info@ecomobi.com. PLEASE NOTE, HOWEVER, THAT AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, CERTAIN RESIDUALS OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION MIGHT BE INCORPORATED UNDER OTHER CONTENT OR MATERIALS CREATED AND USED BY ECOMOBI AND/OR OTHER APPLICABLE THIRD PARTIES (THE "RESIDUALS"), AND DUE TO THE RESIDUALS' NATURE, THEY COULD NOT BE IDENTIFIED IN ORDER ΤΟ BE REMOVED, NOR CAN ECOMOBI PREVENT THE USE OF SUCH RESIDUALS. MOREOVER, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO KEEP CERTAIN RECORDS FOR MONITORING, REGULATORY, LITIGATION AND/OR ENFORCEMENT PURPOSES. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU EVER INSTALL ANOTHER AFFILIATED APPLICATION THAT UTILIZES OUR SERVICE IN THE FUTURE, ECOMOBI WILL SUBSEQUENTLY BE ABLE TO COLLECT AND USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

Proper use

You agree that you will use the Services in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations, including any laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence. You shall not, shall not agree to, and shall not authorize or encourage any third party to: (a) use the Services to upload, transmit or otherwise distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, contains viruses, or is otherwise objectionable as reasonably determined by the Services; (b) upload, transmit or otherwise distribute content that infringes upon another party's intellectual property rights or other proprietary, contractual or fiduciary rights or obligations; (c) prevent others from using the Services; (d) use the Services for any fraudulent or inappropriate purpose; (e) interfere with, damage, disable, overburden, impair or disrupt in any way the Services; (f) act in any way that violates the Services policies, as may be revised from time to time. Violation of any of the foregoing may result in immediate termination of this Agreement, and may subject you to governmental penalties and other legal consequences. Ecomobi reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to investigate your use of the Service in order to determine whether violation of the Agreement has occurred or to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

Unsolicited materials

Any unsolicited materials submitted or sent to Ecomobi, will be deemed to be not confidential or secret. By submitting or sending information or other material to Ecomobi you: (a) Warrant that you have all rights of any kind to the material and that to the best of your knowledge no other party has any rights to the material; (b) Unless stated specifically otherwise therein, grant Ecomobi an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute the material, and you further agree that Ecomobi is free to use any ideas, know-how, concepts or techniques you send us for any purpose, without any compensation to you or any other person. In order to remove all doubt, Ecomobi's privacy related obligation of this Privacy Policy shall not apply towards unsolicited information.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Services, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy constitutes a binding agreement between you and Ecomobi. Any matter relating to this Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law rules, and any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Privacy Policy shall be resolved exclusively via arbitration by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre at the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (“VIAC”) in accordance with its rules as currently in force at the time of submission (the “Rules”). The Rules shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement by reference to this Clause. The place of the arbitration shall be Hanoi City, Vietnam. There shall be three (3) arbitrators duly appointed in accordance with the Rules. The language of the arbitration shall be Vietnamese. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the Parties to this Agreement. The Party losing in such arbitration proceedings shall bear the costs of the arbitration proceedings of the other Party. Each Party agrees to be bound by the arbitration award and shall act in accordance with the arbitration award. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that you will not bring, join or participate in any class action lawsuit as to any claim, dispute or controversy that you may have arising out of or connected with this Privacy Policy, the Services, and/or Ecomobi.
